The Role Teaching Assistant supporting a Reception class Full-time position Supporting children through play-based learning and classroom activities Working alongside the class teacher to deliver a stimulating Early Years environment Providing individual and small group support where required Long-term opportunity with an immediate or agreed start A sound understanding of the EYFS Framework would be highly beneficial The School Large primary academy in Loughton, Essex Approximately 60 pupils admitted into Reception each year Part of the Epping Forest Schools Partnership Trust Judged Outstanding by Ofsted in 2024, including an Outstanding judgement for Early Years provision The school values strong partnerships with families and provides a safe, caring and stimulating environment where children can thrive.
