You will be joining a team of 3 Conveyancers and will be acting mainly for Sussex based individuals dealing with residential sales/purchases, re-mortgages, equity transfers, auction sales and but to let s for investors. Any experience with land sales or aspects of commercial property work would also be a bonus (not essential). Individuals will be working with the firms Case Management system with limited secretarial support so good IT skills required. Are you a Property Solicitor (NQ+) or Legal Executive looking to join an established practice which offers home/remote working 2-3 days per week? Our client is an established commercial practice boasting a range of HNW clients including celebrities, entrepreneurs and clients in the technology sector. The successful individual will be joining a team or 3 lawyers and will be working closely alongside the departments Senior Solicitor handling an existing caseload of around 30-40 live matters which includes both Commercial Property and Residential Property matters. You will be dealing with Residential sales as well as Commercial Property sales/purchases (retail units, shops, offices etc.), business leases, under-leases, licenses to assign and deeds of variation and overage agreements. Any additional experience with asset/share sales/purchases, or IP/IT work would be an advantage. This role will be mainly office based for junior lawyers although some home/remote working (2-3 days) will be on offer for more experienced lawyers/solicitors at around the 3yr+ PQE. Individuals must be driven, be comfortable working with Case Management systems and have IT competency.

You will be working closely alongside one of the south east s leading injury lawyers dealing with complex claimant RTA, EL, PL claims as well as some Clinical Negligence matters which includes paraplegia, mesothelioma, complex regional pain syndrome, spinal injuries and head/brain injury cases. Any added experience with Holiday/Travel claims would be a bonus. You will be handling a mixed caseload whilst playing an active role in expanding the existing department, candidates must be IT literate, have experience working with Case Management systems. Anyone with or working towards either the Law Society Personal Injury Panel, Clinical Negligence Panel or members of Headway would be an added advantage. Re-Mortgage Fee Earner / Lawyer required for established high street practice based in Burgess Hill. This is a new role in the property department acting exclusively for two of the firms lender clients dealing with their residential re-mortgage cases. You will be expected to manage a full caseload of re-mortgage files through to completion, working towards completion targets and providing clients with a fast, efficient and high-quality service throughout. Individuals will be expected to carry out a title investigation and searches, identification checks, obtain redemption statements for every charge affecting the property, check mortgage offers and progress cases through to completion. You will be liaising with clients, borrowers and mortgage advisers keeping all parties informed. Candidates must be IT literate and he comfortable working to deadlines Some home/remote working may also be considered

You will be joining a small team of this 3 Partner high street practice working from the firms Rustington office closely alongside a Probate Partner, a Fee Earner, and supported by 2 Legal Assistants. The successful lawyer will be advising on personal Tax matters (IHT & CGT), dealing with Probate & Estate work, drafting Wills & LPAs, and ideally have some knowledge of Trusts and COP/deputyship work.
