Our client, a well-respected (Mechanical and Electrical) Commissioning Management Consultancy, would like to recruit a mechanically-biased Commissioning Manager for projects in Central London. You will be site-based overseeing all commissioning activities. You may be the single commissioning contact on site. You will be mechanically-biased with a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role. You must have excellent client and sub-contractor management skills. Duties to include, design review, commissioning program, overseeing mechanical and electrical sub-contractors, validation, witness testing, lead site meetings etc. You may be in a design/management role and want to transition to commissioning management. You must be able to represent the company in the best possible light and carry out your duties with diligence and vigour.

This role will require regular travel into London, as well as working from our clients office in Tunbridge Wells. You must live within easy travelling distance of Tunbridge Wells for this position and be able to travel into meetings in central London. Our client is a Mechanical and Electrical Building Services construction contractor who carry out construction project work for major developers, construction companies, facilities management companies and the NHS. This is not a cold call or hard sell role- we are looking for someone who can think long-term and maintain the existing network built up over many years, as the director responsible for this work at present leans into another part of the business. You will be working on large projects typically to 100M in value, based from their modern offices.
