You will have 2-4 years site experience. You will be Gold Card qualified Electrician with an interest about moving into testing. The client will put your through your testing certs. You will be part of a team providing bespoke testing and inspection services and carrying out electrical condition surveys to a range of clients across London. Your role will include: Testing electrical circuits. Condition reports - carrying out condition reports of electrical services. Preparing reports for clients. This role would suit a good junior client-facing electrician with some interest in testing / validation. Our client is particularly looking for someone with enthusiasm and a good work ethic. Our Client is an important Tier 1 Construction Main Contractor based in Central London. They are looking for an Intermediate M&E Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join their M&E Team. You will be working on large projects typically to 100M in value, based from their modern offices. Work is almost exclusively in Central London, and this company have a very strong market presence in the City and West End in particular. We are looking for an M&E QS at a relatively earlier stage of their Quantity Surveying Career who is looking for a role that offers progression and opportunity within a very supportive and friendly environment.
