Join Our Team as a Field Care Supervisor in Medway. Are you passionate about delivering high-quality care and supporting both clients and care staff? My client is a domiciliary care company in Kent, and we're looking for a dedicated Field Care Supervisor to join our clients growing team covering the Medway area. About the Role As a Field Care Supervisor, you'll play a key part in ensuring their clients receive exceptional care tailored to their individual needs. You'll work closely with the care team, providing guidance, support, and supervision while maintaining the highest standards of service. Key Responsibilities: Conduct client assessments, care reviews, and spot checks Supervise and support care staff in the field Ensure care plans are accurate, up to date, and followed correctly Provide training, mentoring, and on-the-job coaching Respond promptly to client needs and resolve issues as they arise Maintain compliance with CQC regulations and company policies What We're Looking For: Experience in domiciliary/home care (supervisory experience desirable) NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards) Strong communication and organisational skills A caring, professional, and approachable nature Full UK driving licence and access to a car What my client Offers: Competitive salary plus mileage allowance Ongoing training and career development Supportive management and team environment Opportunity to make a real difference in your community Location: Medway Hours: Full-time, with some flexibility due to the nature of the role.
