Experience Required Typically 8 years relevant experience, with a degree or professional qualification (e.g. APM), and strong experience in project controls/programme delivery on large, complex projects. Substantial recent experience in programme controls, planning, scheduling and programme optimisation. Expert knowledge of design and build techniques, methods and durations, with the ability to produce detailed bottom-up construction programmes. Strong understanding of integrated project planning and quantitative schedule analysis. Strong knowledge of Primavera and similar planning tools. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships across functions. Good people management capability and ability to develop high-performing teams. Ability to challenge stakeholders constructively to ensure data integrity.
