We have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Administrator based in Tipton. Our client is a reputable supply business, that's consistently worked in the Black country for over 50 years. This is initially a 6-month fixed term contract with a strong possibility of leading to a permanent role for the right person. The working hours are 9.00am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and a wonderful early finish 3.30pm on a Friday! The main duties will be: Nominal ledger/sales ledger entries Logging, maintaining and filing spreadsheets Answer telephone and deal with relevant queries Daily Sales Invoicing Bank reconciliations Processing weekly payroll Dealing with credit and debit notes Liaising with Internal Departments to resolve queries Keep office well-stocked and maintained. Pertemps are recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business in the Lye area for an experienced Manufacturing Planner to lead the administration and schedules. The manufacturing Planner is responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating manufacturing activities to ensure efficient production, on-time delivery, and optimal use of resources. The role requires advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with Sage to manage data, forecasts, and production plans accurately. Hours of work : 7:00am to 4:00pm (30 minutes lunch) Monday to Thursday, 7:00am to 1:00pm on Fridays Responsibilities Create and maintain production plans and schedules to meet customer demand and business targets Use advanced Excel functions to analyse demand, capacity, and performance Maintain accurate planning and production date with Sage, including work orders, stock levels, and customer requirements Liaise with production progress, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective actions. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and manufacturing efficiency.
