Develop and maintain a healthy employer pipeline using CRM systems. Work closely with learner engagement and delivery teams to ensure a seamless employer and learner journey. Achieve apprenticeship starts, revenue, and business development targets. Maintain strong knowledge of apprenticeship reforms, funding rules, and sector developments. Represent the organisation at networking events, employer meetings, and industry forums. Build long-term employer partnerships that drive repeat business and sustainable growth. The Ideal Candidate We're looking for a commercially driven Business Development professional with experience within the Apprenticeships, Employability, or Skills sector and a strong understanding of the Childcare industry. You'll ideally have: Proven experience in Business Development, Employer Engagement, Apprenticeship Sales, or Account Management. Strong knowledge of Apprenticeships, apprenticeship funding, and workforce development. Experience working with Childcare, Residential Childcare, Supported Accommodation, or Young Adult services. A successful track record of generating new employer partnerships and achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Experience managing CRM systems and business development pipelines. A consultative approach with the ability to identify employer training needs and recommend suitable apprenticeship solutions. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities effectively. A passion for education, skills development, and improving learner outcomes.
