Candidate As the ideal product development engineer, your role will be primarily office based (no remote working), you will need to visit/work on the shop floor from time to time, so there is a degree of physical work involved. You will ideally be degree educated in mechanical engineering, or related, have experience in fluid design or working within fluid power industry, with high pressure hydraulic piston pump or valve experience and a track record in successful engineering projects. With all this experience it will be a given that you have the technical and soft skills to be a success in the role.
