Key Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance and repair tasks around the site Assist skilled trades (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.) as needed Install or repair basic fixtures and fittings Carry out minor carpentry, painting, and patching work Keep the site clean, organised, and safe Move materials and equipment when required Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards Follow all site health and safety procedures Requirements: Basic handyman or construction experience Ability to use common hand and power tools Good practical problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physically fit and able to lift materials Basic understanding of construction site safety Preferred (not essential): CSCS card Previous construction site experience
