This role is integral to their Product Development Testing team and will report directly to the Group Manager, Testing and Validation. Fitting instrumentation to test items and acquiring, processing, and presenting data using Siemens Testlab software and hardware. Performing pass-by and other tests to ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory noise emission requirements. Conducting correlation testing to validate CAE NVH simulation results. Collaborating with peers to achieve optimal team performance. Skills & Experience Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering (Full-Time). 2-3 years of experience in NVH testing or a related field. Passion for motorcycles. Experience working in an NVH function for 2+ years in the UK. Significant powertrain NVH experience. Experience correlating test data with simulation results. Familiarity with RLDA instrumentation (e.g., DC accelerometers, LVDTs, strain gauges, rugged loggers). Day-to-Day Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure motorcycles meet NVH standards. Perform hands-on testing and data analysis using advanced NVH tools and techniques. This role focuses on delivering exceptional HR support, with a primary emphasis on Absence Management.
