The activities will be overseeing teams of Mechanical/Electrical Modification Technicians and a large paint team who are refurbishing full trains. Responsibilities Support the delivery of performance targets across all production. Record and report near misses, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions. Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety procedures across all departments. Conduct disciplinary investigations and hearings where required. Support onboarding of new starters in collaboration with the training mentor. Maintain high performance standards through consistent and fair management. Collaborate with the Senior Operations Manager to set and deliver production targets. Oversee key production processes across all shifts and stages. Monitor and evaluate time and motion studies where applicable. Lead initiatives focused on process improvement and cost reduction. Assist in managing contract transitions to ensure uninterrupted production flow. Take overall responsibility of vehicle examinations in line with vehicle maintenance instructions (VMI's).
