Playing a role in continual improvement of service delivery processes and customer experience. What We're Looking For Minimum 5 years' experience in the AV industry or a related technical field. Strong fault-finding skills across commercial audio systems (100v line, low impedance setups). Solid knowledge of visual display tech including projectors, LCD screens, and LED displays. Familiarity with control systems such as Q-SYS and Crestron (advantageous). Confident working with IT networks and troubleshooting connectivity issues. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Ability to manage time independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.
