We're recruiting for an immediately available HR Administrator to join a busy and supportive HR team based at a modern head office in Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced business where you'll play a key role in ensuring new employees receive a smooth and professional onboarding experience. Working closely with the HR team, you'll coordinate every stage of the new starter process, helping ensure everything is in place before employees join the business. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied workload, takes pride in being organised and is confident managing multiple priorities. The Role Reporting into the HR team, your responsibilities will include: Preparing contracts and offer documentation Managing the onboarding process for new starters Setting up laptops, mobile phones and IT equipment Issuing company equipment Booking DBS checks Coordinating mandatory training Updating employee records and HR systems Liaising with managers and new employees Supporting the wider HR team with day-to-day administration Ensuring all pre-employment documentation is completed accurately About You We're looking for someone who has previous experience within HR administration or employee onboarding and enjoys working in a busy, people-focused environment. In this role you will work across 3 sites with a responsibility of contracts up to 10 million across a contract valued at around 130 million over 25 years. You will be managing a team of approximately 20 people including engineers and support staff. We are ideally looking for someone with facilities management experience and more specifically someone with PFI experience The company you will be working for are private facilities management and support services business which were founded in London over 100 years ago and grew rapidly after the second world war. In total they have approximately 11,000 or more employees and are experts in the criminal justice and railway sectors.
