This is a hands-on, key role supporting the central purchasing function, ensuring materials and supplies are delivered to the correct specification, quantity, and price to meet business needs. Job Title00 Location: Batley, WF17 Start Date: 2nd February 2026 Duration: Temp - 9 weeks ongoing Working Hours: 8:00am 4:00pm (39-hour week) Rate: £200 Per Day About the Role We are seeking an experienced Working Foreman to support an external refurbishment project in Batley. The project consists of various external repair and upgrade works, the majority of which are packaged out to specialist subcontractors. You will act as the primary on-site presence, managing day-to-day activity, coordinating trades, ensuring H&S compliance, and serving as the first point of contact for residents. You will be supported by a QS and Construction Manager, who will attend site weekly and for client progress meetings. Candidates with a multi-trade background are particularly desirable, as there may be opportunities to undertake some of the smaller, localised repair tasks around the site. Working Foreman Key Responsibilities Oversee daily site operations and ensure works progress in line with programme. Coordinate subcontractors and ensure quality of workmanship. Maintain site safety, housekeeping, and compliance with H&S standards. Act as the main on-site contact for residents, addressing queries and concerns.
