What You ll Be Doing Lead the preparation of accurate and competitive tenders for multi-utility projects. Interpret principal contracts, ensuring commercial risks are identified, mitigated, and clearly communicated. Work closely with operational, commercial, and delivery teams to ensure estimates are robust and realistic. Negotiate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to deliver commercially viable outcomes. Contribute to business strategy by identifying opportunities for improvement in pricing, processes, and delivery. What We re Looking For Strong background in utilities estimating (power, water, gas, telecoms, or multi-utilities). Proven ability to interpret and work with principal contracts not just numbers. Experience in a Senior Estimator or Managing Estimator role, ideally within a contractor or utility provider. Commercially sharp, able to balance risk, margin, and client needs.
