Candidate Requirements Degree qualified in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Manufacturing Engineer position within the nuclear sector. Strong understanding of nuclear safety regulations and quality requirements. Proven experience in process improvement, manufacturing optimisation, and production support. Knowledge and practical application of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies. Experience designing manufacturing processes, tooling, and production equipment. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement abilities. Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across engineering and production teams.
