Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias 70/30) Wigan Monday Friday, rotating 6am 2pm / 2pm 10pm Salary £40000 to £45000 plus benefits We are recruiting a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer with a strong electrical bias to join our clients busy Engineering team. You ll carry out fault finding, repairs, and preventative maintenance across a range of equipment, helping to minimise downtime and drive continuous improvement. HGV Technician Reading, Berkshire We re looking for an experienced HGV Technician to join our clients team near Reading. You ll be responsible for carrying out inspections, repairs, and MOTs across a varied fleet, making sure everything meets manufacturer standards and complies with legislation. What you ll be doing Conducting thorough HGV inspections, servicing, repairs and warranty work. Diagnosing faults and repairing hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. Ensuring all service reports, paperwork, and electronic job sheets are completed accurately. Maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant workshop environment. Completing all necessary training to keep your skills up to date. Mentoring and supporting apprentice technicians. Providing roadside assistance for breakdowns. Offering occasional cover at other depots when required. Carrying out any additional duties within your skills, as requested by management. What we re looking for City & Guilds Parts 1, 2 & 3, NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in HGV maintenance or 10+ years of proven hands-on HGV experience. Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrics and mechanical systems. Good understanding of current health & safety regulations. Excellent communication skills and a team-focused attitude.
