Key Responsibilities Manage full lifecycle cost planning and control across multiple residential developments Prepare tender packages, lead procurement, and oversee subcontractor negotiations Provide regular and accurate project budget reports, forecasts, and cost variations Liaise with site teams to monitor progress, manage risk, and resolve commercial issues Identify and implement value engineering and cost-saving opportunities Ensure compliance with contract requirements and internal governance Maintain clear, up-to-date records using COINS software About You We are looking for a commercially astute and detail-oriented professional with strong stakeholder management skills and a proven background in residential or construction projects.
