Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all on-site activities Supervise subcontractors, trades, and site staff to ensure high standards of work Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations at all times Monitor progress, maintain quality control, and keep the project on schedule and within budget Act as the key point of contact for clients, architects, and project managers Provide regular progress reports and resolve on-site challenges effectively Manage materials, logistics, and site records Requirements: Enhanced DBS Proven track record as a Site Manager on medium-to-large construction projects (experience in education/public buildings an advantage) Excellent knowledge of construction methods, building regulations, and safety standards Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills CSCS card and relevant health & safety certifications (SMSTS, First Aid) Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and stakeholders effectively
