Due to continued growth and a robust pipeline of residential developments, they are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Commercial team. The Role As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take full commercial responsibility for multiple residential projects, ensuring cost control, accurate financial reporting, and effective procurement of subcontractors. You ll be part of a collaborative and high-performing commercial team, working closely with construction, technical, and sales departments to ensure seamless project delivery and strong commercial performance. Key Responsibilities Manage full lifecycle cost planning and control across multiple residential developments Prepare tender packages, lead procurement, and oversee subcontractor negotiations Provide regular and accurate project budget reports, forecasts, and cost variations Liaise with site teams to monitor progress, manage risk, and resolve commercial issues Identify and implement value engineering and cost-saving opportunities Ensure compliance with contract requirements and internal governance Maintain clear, up-to-date records using COINS software About You We are looking for a commercially astute and detail-oriented professional with strong stakeholder management skills and a proven background in residential or construction projects.
