Duties: Loading / Unloading materials into moulding machine Removing products from moulds Finishing / trimming final products by using power / hand tools Pallet building Wrapping Heavy lifting involved Hot Environment / Factory environment Working hours: 6am - 6pm / 6pm - 6am (12h shift) either day or night MONDAY -THURSDAY - for training then perm weekends FRIDAY,SATURDAY,SUNDAY Pay: Day Shift £12.21 per hour Night Shift £12.21 per hour + £10 per shift night allowance Weekend Shift: £13.43 per hour Overtime - Anything over 40hrs is paid at £15.26 per hour

In this role, you will support various HR functions, ensuring smooth administrative operations and effective communication across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, familiarity with HRIS systems, and a passion for fostering positive employee experiences. Responsibilities Assist with data entry and maintenance of employee records within HRIS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and Salesforce. Handle administrative tasks related to onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation to ensure compliance with company policies. Communicate effectively with candidates and employees regarding HR inquiries, benefits, policies, and procedures. Maintain accurate records of employee information and assist in generating reports for management review. Collaborate with various departments to streamline HR processes and improve overall efficiency. Conduct 1-2-1 meetings to discuss new contracts and relevant paper work Experience Previous experience in an administrative or human resources support role is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally across diverse audiences. Experience in data entry, record keeping, and managing social media content related to employer branding. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have experience in TIG welding and a strong mechanical aptitude. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to their manufacturing operations. Responsibilities Perform TIG welding Utilise power tools for cutting and shaping materials Operate stick welding equipment as needed Assemble and fabricate metal parts according to specifications Demonstrate mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues Use basic maths skills for measurements and calculations Employ hand tools effectively for welding tasks Requirements Proven experience in Tig welding Ability to weld and fabricate metal components accurately Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools Strong mechanical knowledge for equipment operation and maintenance Skills test required Working hours: Monday - Thursday 7am - 4pm, Friday 7am - 12pm - 39hrs per week + overtime TEMP - PERM 12 weeks
