Reactive Maintenance & Fault Response Provide first-line reactive breakdown support for automation and trailer systems. Troubleshoot faults quickly to minimise downtime. Escalate complex issues to manufacturers or specialist support when required. Support recovery plans following major failures. Spare Parts & Inventory Management Manage on-site spare parts inventory for conveyors and trailer systems. Maintain accurate stock levels for motors, gearboxes, chains, sprockets, bearings, sensors, air fittings and trailer-specific components. Monitor usage trends and forecast future demand. Raise replenishment requests and support standardisation of parts to reduce SKU complexity and cost. Safety, Compliance & Continuous Improvement Work in line with LOTO and site safety procedures. Identify reliability risks and propose improvement actions. Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce breakdown frequency.
