Properly mark swarf drums for alloy identification . Work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision. Maintain safety standards in all activities in line with company procedures. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 3 years of machining experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings to produce precise components. Proficiency in working to tight tolerances and using measuring equipment accurately. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Self-motivated but also an effective team player. Flexible approach to work, including overtime and shift work . Solid understanding of health & safety, environmental standards, and quality control .
