Proactive Personnel are currently recruiting for a TIG welder/fabricator for our client in the Trafford area. Temp - Perm Monday - Friday - 7am - 4pm Duties The ability to work in environments exposed to Odor, noise, dust, heat, cold, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. Channel Letter Fabrication experience preferred. Previous experience working with CLN machines. Previous experience working with various materials to include aluminium, sheet metal and various plastic materials. Ability to read blueprints or drawings preferred. Trim capping experience is desirable High attention to detail A basic understanding of engineering principals (Drilling, tapping, threading, countersinking,) The proficient use and application of glues and or silicones. Able to prioritise and multitask in order to complete tasks in a timely manner Establish tasks set on a daily basis and meeting deadlines Attend briefing meetings as and when required Follow all principles and practices of sign fabrication.
