We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality finishes and a keen eye for detail. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, mixing paints, and applying coatings to various structures and surfaces. Your ability to communicate effectively and work independently will be essential in ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards. The role will be working Monday - Friday working 40 hour weeks. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections. Mix paints and other materials according to specifications. Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment. Ensure that all work areas are kept clean and organised during the painting process. Inspect completed work for quality assurance and make necessary touch-ups. Communicate effectively with team members and clients regarding project requirements and timelines. Follow all safety guidelines and regulations while working on-site. Basic handyman duties Qualifications Proven experience in painting or a related field is preferred. Ability to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials is an advantage.

To provide an exceptional high standard of building services provision (planned and reactive) within a commercial occupied environment and with the utmost regard for customer service. Deliver PPM relating primarily to Electrical Equipment in-line with agreed programmes / SLA's in order to meet Client and Statutory Compliance. Complete Reactive Works identified through PPM work undertaken when requested. Provide Service Support as part of a team providing quality service delivery 24/7, with a requirement to be part of the out of hour s emergency call out team. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Ensure work is undertaken in line with specific method statements & risk assessments and relevant safety legislation and health and safety systems and procedures. Provide excellent service delivery by ensuring PPM tasks and reactive works are completed within contractual Service Level Agreement s to meet KPI s. To maintain premises to an exceptionally high standards through a proactive service delivery methodology Develop excellent working relationships with our client their staff or appointed representative through good customer service. To ensure that all applicable site documentation is kept up to date as this will be regularly audit either by internal or external parties. Work as part of a collaborative team and assist where necessary and required so that all contractual obligations are met. Assist with supervision of sub-contractor works ensuring compliance and adherence to applicable H&S standards when required ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Required to undertake Overtime where works cannot be performed during Non-Working Hours Manage the completion of minor works carried out by others Liaise directly with the onsite FM Team and other service partners so that a collaborative working relationships are formed Utilise the clients CAFM system so that accurate information is provide related to our service provision Demonstrate appropriate Health & Safety knowledge to ensure safe delivery of all work. Carry out Electrical Maintenance / Installation work efficiently and in accordance with the National Working Rules for the Electrical Contracting Industry, the current IET Wiring Regulations for the Requirements of Electrical Installations BS7671, and the Construction Industry Safety Regulations. ESSENTIAL: Practical experience carrying out PPM's and undertaking routine Electrical Repairs and Maintenance in line with SFG20 or equalivant with basic fault finding diagnostic experience. Completed a recognised Electrical Apprenticeship (Preferred not Essential) City and Guilds 236 Parts 1&2 OR equivalent Level 3 Electrical OR equivalent _ City and Guilds 2382 18th Edition_ Capable of working independantly.
