I am recruiting for a Senior Supply Chain Lead to optimise performance, build effective relationships with suppliers and manage a high-performing team within our EMEA operations. What you ll do Oversee day-to-day supply chain activities including sourcing, procurement, and vendor management. Drive operational excellence, ensuring KPIs such as OTIF, quality, and cost efficiency are consistently met. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of supply chain professionals. Manage supply chain projects from system implementations to process redesign and cost-saving initiatives. Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with agreements. Analyse data to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities, delivering actionable insights to senior leadership. What we re looking for Experience from a supply chain, purchasing, material planning or project based environment with a good understanding of supply chain issues and the impact this has A driven, determined and energetic outlook with the ability to see things through and reach a positive outcome Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
