Project Manager: Major Infrastructure Project West London We're recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a specialist subcontractor delivering complex works on a major infrastructure project in West London. This is a long-term contract role, with an expected start in approximately 4 to 6 weeks. This on-site 5 days a week. The Role As Project Manager, you will oversee the planning and delivery of specialist infrastructure packages, acting as the key point of contact between the subcontractor, main contractor, and client representatives. The position requires strong leadership, a good technical understanding, and the ability to manage progress, quality, safety, and reporting across all phases of delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage on-site delivery, ensuring all works are completed safely, on time, and to specification. Act as the client-facing lead, attending progress and coordination meetings. Oversee project documentation, including RAMS, ITPs, progress reports, and handover documentation, ensuring all are prepared, reviewed, and submitted correctly. Work closely with commercial and engineering teams to monitor progress, manage variations, and support cost control. Ensure compliance with all health, safety, quality, and environmental standards. Lead weekly planning and coordination meetings with supervisors and subcontractors. Requirements Proven experience as a Project Manager within civil engineering or infrastructure (structures, civils, utilities, or similar). Background working for a specialist subcontractor delivering packages to Tier 1 contractors. Strong client liaison, coordination, and reporting skills. Good understanding of construction methodology, sequencing, and compliance documentation. HNC/HND or Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred. Technical PA - East London We are looking for a Technical PA to join a busy construction/engineering environment. This role will support a senior technical team, providing first-class administrative assistance alongside elements of document management. Key Responsibilities: Provide PA support to senior members of the technical team- including diary management, meeting coordination, and preparation of reports/presentations. Assist with document control processes - logging, formatting, tracking and distributing technical documentation in line with project requirements. Liaise with internal project teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of information. Maintain accurate records and filing systems, both digital and hard copy. Support wider administrative tasks across the business as required. Requirements: Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Previous experience in a PA/administrative role, ideally within a technical, construction or engineering environment. Good knowledge of document management systems (e.g. Aconex, Asite, 4Projects) would be an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). This is a permanent role, offering the opportunity to work closely with designers, engineers, and project managers on technically challenging and high-profile schemes. The Role You'll play a key part in supporting the design function, ensuring that all project documentation is accurately managed, tracked, and kept fully up to date. This includes drawings, specifications, reports, and technical submissions. The role will see you working day-to-day with the design team, helping maintain smooth document workflows and supporting project delivery. Key Responsibilities Manage the full document lifecycle: receiving, registering, issuing, and archiving. Maintain version control and ensure all stakeholders are working from the latest documents. Support the design team with technical submissions, approvals, and coordination. Monitor document flow to ensure deadlines and compliance requirements are met.
