PTS desirable but not essential Valid CSCS card (mandatory) SMSTS qualification preferred Temporary works coordination ticket beneficial Strong verbal and written communication skills Confident leading tasks and supervising teams Willingness and ability to mentor junior staff Experience with elements such as earthworks, drainage, structures, surfacing, and temporary works

They coordinate their efforts to ensure the timely and accurate installation, pouring, and removal of formwork in a safe manner in accordance with site safety rules. - Once the concrete has sufficiently cured and attained the required strength, the shuttering carpenter dismantles the formwork. This process involves carefully removing the formwork components without damaging the hardened concrete structure.
