The Role We are seeking a focused and dedicated new team member to join a growing Account Management team. The primary responsibility will be to manage b2b customer accounts on a daily basis. Communicate effectively and courteously with customers and suppliers via telephone and email, ensuring clear and concise communication. Process customers' bookings and requests placing those requests on our bespoke management system and ensuring orders are followed through upon our suppliers and carried out on time. Maintain accurate records of all incoming calls for reference and documentation purposes. Resolve customer queries using personal initiative and with the team s input.
