Job Purpose: To provide administrative and operational support to the customer service team, ensuring customer queries are handled efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges using internal systems. Supreme Recruitment are recruiting for Fabricators on behalf of our client, a leading provider of architectural staircases and metalwork. This will become a permanent position after 13 weeks. Your duties may include: - Fabricating using various cutting/ shaping machinery including brake presses and grinders - welding in MIG and TIG It is preferred that applicants are able to use Overhead Cranes and TIG weld although this is preferred and not essential.
