Duties: Responsible for providing support to customers on any matters relating to: In-house logistical delays, Parcel tracking and investigation of lost parcels & returns. You will use a variety of media (Social channels, phone and email) to make sure customers are given as prompt and as complete response as possible. Feedback any significant positive or negative comments from customers/yourself relating to products and services offered. By having a great telephone manner you will be polite and courteous when speaking to customers. With a wide range of engineering processes involved in the manufacture of there unique products. The role is well suited to someone with experience of working in a manufacturing who enjoys teamwork in a stimulating and engaging environment. Job description: The processes involved include the following: - CNC Setting and Programming (Siemens & FANUC, Milling & Turning) CNC Operating, (Milling & Turning). Mechanical Inspection This is a full-time permanent role; standard working hours are Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm and Friday 8am - 1pm. However, it is not at all uncommon for us to expect % overtime when we are busy. Flexibility to work shifts would be beneficial.
