The Role You'll take ownership of your own portfolio of clients, becoming their trusted adviser and managing their accounting and tax affairs from start to finish. About You We're looking for someone who is: ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent), with at least 2-3 years' post-qualified experience . Experienced in managing a portfolio of clients within an accountancy practice. Strong technically across both accounts and tax . An excellent communicator who enjoys developing client relationships. Highly organised and able to manage their workload independently. Comfortable working remotely with a professional home office setup. A Genuine Passion for Sport This is an essential part of the role. Our client works almost exclusively with individuals and organisations across the sporting industry, so we're looking for someone who has a genuine sporting background or deep involvement in sport. This could be through competing, coaching, officiating, working within a sporting organisation or a long-standing involvement in a particular sport. A casual interest alone is unlikely to be enough.
