Ordering and organising materials required for works. Accurately completing job sheets, reports and mobile working documentation. Working closely with other trades on multi-discipline repairs. Participating in out-of-hours emergency support when required. About You:Essential: NVQ Level 2 in Joinery or equivalent qualification. Proven experience carrying out domestic repairs and maintenance. Experience working within social housing, housing associations or responsive repairs environments. Full UK Driving Licence. Ability to work independently and manage your own workload. Strong communication and customer service skills. Good understanding of Health & Safety requirements. Desirable: NVQ Level 3 in Joinery. Multi-skilled experience in plastering, tiling, roofing, plumbing or groundworks. Experience working with Housing Associations. Experience using mobile working systems.
