Our client, an established family-run business, are looking for an experienced mechanic to assist in the servicing and repair of small to mid-sized farming/horticultural equipment. As an Agricultural Engineer you will join a workshop team providing service, maintenance, and repair solutions to on a range of tractors, mowers, sprayers, woodchippers, forestry and stone crushing machinery as well as garden machinery. Your key responsibilities will include: Service, repair, and diagnose faults on agricultural machinery. Conduct pre-delivery inspections and ensure machinery is ready for use. Use diagnostic tools Collect and return equipment from clients Maintain customer relationships. Our client, a leading aerospace engineering firm based in Rochester , are looking to recruit Production Operatives to work in their Foundry to assist in the aluminium investment casting process. As a Foundry Production Operative your main duties will include: Aluminium melt preparation prior to casting Cleaning and preparing moulds for casting Pouring molten metal into the moulds (casting) Moving moulds following casting Removing the ceramic shell from the finished cast Reporting any issues with production machinery to team leaders The ideal Foundry Production Operative will have: High degree of physical fitness. This is a strenuous role with manual handling. Experience in a Manufacturing/Factory/Production/Construction environment. A good work ethic, A good level of physical coordination Excellent time keeping skills. Hours of Work Monday to Thursday 6am - 4.30pm - 40 hours per week This role is Temp - Perm due to the nature of the role and will require a 2 week temporary working basis before permanent employment status is achieved.
