As a Foundry Production Operative your main duties will include: Aluminium melt preparation prior to casting Cleaning and preparing moulds for casting Pouring molten metal into the moulds (casting) Moving moulds following casting Removing the ceramic shell from the finished cast Reporting any issues with production machinery to team leaders The ideal Foundry Production Operative will have: High degree of physical fitness. This is a strenuous role with manual handling. Experience in a Manufacturing/Factory/Production/Construction environment. A good work ethic, A good level of physical coordination Excellent time keeping skills. Hours of Work Monday to Thursday 6am - 4.30pm - 40 hours per week This role is Temp - Perm due to the nature of the role and will require a 2 week temporary working basis before permanent employment status is achieved.
