Key Duties: Manage the day-to-day running of the construction site from superstructure through to completion. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, direct labour and site operatives. Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget. Maintain exceptional quality standards throughout all stages of construction. Plan and coordinate site logistics, materials and labour requirements. Liaise with the Contracts Manager, consultants, architects and design team. Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation and company procedures. Carry out regular site inspections and maintain accurate site records. Monitor construction progress and proactively resolve technical and operational issues. Promote a positive site culture focused on quality, safety and teamwork. Required Skills: Previous experience as a Site Manager delivering new build construction projects. Strong knowledge of traditional construction methods. Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site teams. Excellent organisational and programme management skills. Strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation and site compliance.
