A leading environmental and laboratory services company are recruiting for a Project Adminstrator/Bulk ID Analyst The successful candidate will: • Responsible for the undertaking sample analysis of the various types of bulk materials • Produce and Compiling and quality assessing reports, ensuring they are delivered promptly to the client • Ensure all associated paperwork is completed, checked and given to the associated office in a timely manner • Ensure all equipment used is within calibration. • Undertake daily quality checks. • Maintain impartiality, integrity and independence throughout • Effectively communicating with Laboratory/Operations Manager • Ensure that all the necessary quality records are completed and made available for regular internal review by a member of the Quality or Management team. This includes all contract review documents, equipment registers and job files.

Duties will include, in part; Undertaking Management Surveys Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys Preparation of Survey Reports Assisting PMs and Senior PMs with site visits Assisting PMs and Senior PMs with asbestos removal specifications Assisting PMs and Senior PMs with method statements The Candidate; The successful candidates should hold qualifications as above for Asbestos AFM Analyst and Asbestos Surveyor: BOHS P402 and BOHS P403 and P404 or equivalent Asbestos Surveying qualifications (e.g.: RSPH Level 3 Award in Asbestos Surveying and RSPH Level 3 Award in Asbestos Air Monitoring and Clearance Procedures)

A leading Building Compliance Company are looking for a number of experienced Service Technicians to undertake water hygiene and water treatment works for a range of clients, at sites across Surrey and London, including water sampling, TMV servicing, temperature monitoring, tank cleans, disinfections of domestic services, descaling of shower heads, and closed system testing. The Role All aspects of water hygiene and water treatment works for all types of water systems and water treatment equipment. Ensuring full compliance with relevant legislation and Health and Safety standards, and codes of practice are always observed. Maintaining good levels of communication both with the operations team and the customer as necessary, so that progress on allocated jobs is always known, reporting any problems encountered to facilitate a quick resolution Production of reports Supervision and training of less experienced engineers and graduates Identifying opportunities for additional remedial works or new leads for the Company Maintaining knowledge of water hygiene practices and legislations, and water treatment products and equipment, and highlighting any training requirement. HTM04-01 knowledge and experience essential.

Responsibilities Undertaking building surveys and bulk sampling Carrying out asbestos air monitoring including the issuing of Certificate of Re-occupation and Statement of Cleanliness Advise clients on legal requirements, regulations, and industry standards related to asbestos management Preparing accurate reports and plans of your work in standard formats Maintaining and building on good relationship with clients Timely completion of monthly quality requirements Qualifications Minimum of 12 Months related work within UKAS accredited organisation P402, P403, P404 modules or equivalent Competent and confident user of MS office packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail Organised and proactive, with the ability to multi-task Full UK drivers licence

A leading asbestos consultancy are looking to recruit a highly experienced Asbestos Project Manager to run major contracts and works in London and the Home Counties. The ideal candidate will have experience managing large teams and working on varied property types both commercial and industrial. Qualifications: P402 or equivalent P403 and P404 or equivalent. Ideally CocA/CCP Ideally Health and Safety background.
