Exciting opportunity for 2x interim maintenance surveyors to join a leading London based housing association to carry out inspections to properties across the London boroughs. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise in responsive repairs, voids management, and damp & mould investigations, and be confident managing contractors to achieve excellent outcomes for residents. Key Responsibilities Inspect and diagnose property defects, with a particular focus on damp and mould cases. Prepare detailed specifications, manage contractors and oversee works from instruction to completion. Manage responsive repairs and void property works, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery. Undertake quality audits and technical inspections to ensure contractor performance and compliance. Support the Technical Manager and Senior Technical Surveyor with escalated repairs and service queries. Maintain accurate property and works data within asset management systems. About You Strong background in maintenance surveying, building pathology, and defect diagnosis within the housing or property sector.
