HR Advisor Location: Wilmslow - Hybrid split of 3 days office, 2 days at home Salary: 30000 - 35000 per annum We're Citation Group. Provide HR support for all matters in your business area, including performance management, training and development, ER issues, including: Grievances, disciplinaries, redundancy, long-term sick, disputes, assist with TUPE, colleague wellbeing, including maternity/paternity Colleague Engagement: Life's too short to hate where you work; you'll help drive colleague engagement through a variety of initiatives.
