This role offers the chance to work across modern Front End and Back End technologies, contributing to high-quality software used across the business. You'll be part of a collaborative environment focused on delivering robust, scalable solutions and continuously improving engineering practices. Key Responsibilities Design, develop and maintain software solutions in collaboration with the wider development team. Create responsive, interactive user interfaces using JavaScript/TypeScript and React. Develop Back End components using languages such as Java, Python or Go. Use Docker and other containerisation tools to support consistent deployment. Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate build and delivery processes. Apply software engineering best practices, including documentation, code reviews and static analysis. Stay current with emerging tools, technologies and development practices. Key Skills/Experience Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar. Strong experience with Git for version control. Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React. Experience with Back End languages: Java, Python or Go. Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures and core software engineering principles. Hands-on experience with Docker. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including remote collaboration. Ability to evaluate and compare different languages and technologies. Adaptable and eager to learn new tools and technologies. Desired Skills Experience with AWS or Azure. Knowledge of Kubernetes or other container orchestration tools. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices. Understanding of web security principles. Exposure to Rust. We are working with a leading business in the Defence space who are looking for a Facilities Security Officer. On the security and compliance side of the role, you will be working with security policies and government security standards, implementing physical, personnel and information security and maintaining compliance with security regulations and audit requirements. Regarding facility and site management, you will be assisting with day-to-day management of secure facilities, overseeing contractors working within secure environments, managing keys, passes, visitor control, access permissions and CCTV monitoring and dealing with routine maintenance of physical security systems. In terms of risk management and assurance, you will be monitoring threats and vulnerabilities affecting facilities, supporting internal and external security audits, registering secure assets and ensuring secure storage of classified materials. You will also be communicating and engaging with stakeholders. The role will require you to write clear reports to maintain security records, liase with staff and stakeholders and conduct any other ad hoc tasks to support the Facilities Security Lead. We are looking for someone who has a strong attention to detail, good written and verbal communication skills, the ability to follow procedures and work independently, basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, Security systems or similar) and a professional and approachable manner. The ideal candidate will have experience in facility security and knowledge of access control, intrusion detection and CCTV systems Due to the nature of the work, all candidates must be sole UK nationals and either hold or be eligible to hold SC clearance (5 years in the UK, no more than 3 months out of the country)

We are looking for an AI Engineer / Data Scientist to work with one of our clients in the defence sector. You will collaborate with the Technical Lead, Engineers and Architects to design, build and deliver secure digital solutions in highly secure environments. We are looking for someone who has strong hands-on AI engineering experience building LLMs, SLMs and working on ML. You will need experience with graph databases, RAG and Microsoft Graph Retrieval. You will need experience working with geospatial data and large datasets, ideally over 100,000 objects with complex meta data and characteristics. Due to the nature of the work, candidates must be sole British nationals and be prepared to go through SC clearance and be on site 2 days a week.
