We are now looking for an Engineering Coordinator to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week. The Role As an Engineering Coordinator, you will oversee the scheduling and coordination of engineering activities to ensure coffee equipment is maintained and serviced efficiently. Specifically, you will manage daily scheduling and route planning for engineers, ensuring callouts, preventative maintenance and repairs are completed in line with service levels and customer expectations. You will also act as a key link between customers and internal teams, coordinating installations, training and large projects, while maintaining clear communication and ensuring work is delivered on time. Additionally, you will: - Prioritise workshop repairs and refurbishments - Develop and review pre-installation guides for customers - Log and manage engineering jobs using field service systems - Identify opportunities to promote service plans - Produce reports to support operational performance About You To be considered as an Engineering Coordinator, you will need: - Strong organisational skills - Strong communication skills - Good IT skills - The ability to work both independently and as part of a team - The ability to prioritise tasks and manage workloads effectively - A flexible and proactive approach - GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English Other organisations may call this role Service Coordinator, Engineering Administrator, Service Administrator, Maintenance Coordinator, or Operations Coordinator.
