Legal Executive Assistant - City of London - Employment Experience Hybrid working Our client, a City Law UK firm renowned for providing exceptional legal advice to a prestigious client base within the Employment they are seeking an experienced Senior Legal EA to support a Senior Partners, and Solicitors. The Role The Legal EA will provide high level support to the team, and wider team, helping to ensure the smooth running of day to day operations. This role requires a proactive, organised, and professional individual who can manage competing priorities, build strong relationships, and handle confidential information with discretion. Key Responsibilities Provide high level support to the Solicitors and Partners. Take a proactive approach to managing tasks, anticipating needs, and resolving issues before they arise. Manage a busy and varied workload, ensuring priorities and deadlines are met. Oversee complex diary and inbox management, coordinating meetings and resolving scheduling conflicts. Organise internal and external meetings. Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, flights, accommodation, visas, and transfers. Manage administration, billing, expenses and due diligence requirements. Coordinate partner events, client functions, seminars, and other ad hoc projects. Produce and coordinate high quality documents, presentations, and correspondence. Develop specialist knowledge through training and provide support to the wider team where needed. Build strong relationships across the firm and collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless support. About You At least 10 years' experience as a PA/EA or Legal Assistant within a law firm or professional services environment supporting at a senior level. You must have experience working within Employment law firm. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, discreet, and trustworthy. Highly organised with excellent time management skills. Proactive, adaptable, and solutions focused. Professional and confident manner.

Hybrid working This full service Law Firm has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to support the Partners on marketing plans in what is an exciting period of growth for the firm. Salary circa 65k Hybrid working - 3 days in, 2 remote - Hours Great Employee Benefits Berkshire location The Marketing Manager will report directly into the Board and work with all fee earners and support groups. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the firm's continued development within the Local legal industry, working with sector heads and partners, developing and implementing campaigns. Marketing Manager duties: Creating and implementing plans to raise the profile of the firm and to help develop strategies to win new business Supporting the fee earners to help them build and maintain relationships with existing clients and prospective contacts, and to identify new business opportunities Leading and managing all firm marketing events, to include seminars, webinars and hospitality Maintaining the firm s website to ensure the website and content is current. Producing articles and literature including client newsletters and bulletins. Liaising with external designers to create new material as required. Uploading to the firm s website and other social media platforms Working with the firm s external PR team to promote the business Responding to enquiries generated by marketing activity and reacting accordingly Staying up to date with current and emerging issues/trends Requirements: The client is keen to secure the services of a legal industry Marketing Manager all-rounder from the legal industry. You will have around 5yr experience working in marketing, preferably possessing a recognised marketing qualification, as well as be results driven, proactive, enthusiastic, imaginative and a strong influencer.
