Our client an award winning SaaS organisation providing software solutions to the SME marketplace is now seeking an experienced Operations Analyst for a 12 month contract. Central London location, hybrid, with 2-3 days a week in the office. You will help the team maintain a consistent and structured approach to handling investigations and incidents. Skills Experience in incident management, investigations, operations, or analytical role in a service environment. Strong analytical skills such as Google Workspace and Tableau. Comfortable using Slack, Salesforce, Jira, and similar operational tools. Ability to identify patterns in data and turn insights into actionable recommendations. ITIL Foundation preferred. Responsibilities: Support timely and consistent handling of incidents, investigations, and related case work. Ensure cases are triaged and progressed in line with expectations, highlighting gaps in speed, quality, or process. Perform root cause analysis and identify trends across incidents and recurring issues. Provide analytical insights that help prioritise fixes and improvements . You will be assisting in the company transition from correlation-based reporting to causal-based decision making, helping guide key marketing investment decisions. Central London location, hybrid, with 2-3 days a week in the office. Responsibilities Forecasting: Build predictive models to simulate business outcomes under various economic and budgetary scenarios, acting as the "radar" for the marketing department. Serve as the analyst lead for the Data Clean Room (DCR) strategy, specifically within Meta Advanced Analytics (AA) SQL: Write and optimize advanced SQL queries Learning Agenda & Causal Experimentation. Design and execute rigorous Conversio n Lift Studies (CLS)and Brand Lift Studies (BLS). Skills 5+ years of experience working in markets science or data analytics teams or other relevant roles. B.Sc in a quantitative Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science). SQL: Advanced level. Ability to write complex CTEs, window functions, and optimize joins for distributed systems. Experience with Marketing Mix Models (MMM). Understanding of Bayesian inference, Adstock transformations, and saturation curves. Our client is a global SaaS company now seeking a Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Specialist with deep expertise in in-product optimisation and customer journey mapping. This is a one year contract on a hybrid basis with 3 days a week in the London offices. Key Responsibilities Conversion Optimisation & Experimentation Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to improve in-product conversion and engagement metrics. Define key success metrics (activation rate, trial-to-paid, retention, churn reduction) and build dashboards with their analytics team to track progress. Map and optimise customer journeys across the product lifecycle, identifying friction points and opportunities for growth. Use quantitative (analytics, funnel tracking, cohort analysis) and qualitative (user testing, surveys, feedback) data to identify barriers to conversion. Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and engineers to ship impactful optimisations. Skills & Experience Proven track record in CRO roles, ideally focused on in-product optimisation (SaaS, subscription, or ecommerce experience preferred). Strong expertise with tools like Google Optimize, Optimizely, VWO, Amplitude, Mix panel, GA4, Hotjar, FullStory, or similar. Hands-on experience building and analysing A/B tests, multivariate tests, and funnel optimisation. Proficiency in journey mapping and lifecycle design with a customer-centric approach.
