Pay: £13.87ph Riverside Recruitment are recruiting for Sealer Operatives to join a well-established and highly respected manufacturing company. With continual market growth they now require additional staff on a permanent basis. This is a fast-paced working environment which may involve some heavy lifting and will require a good eye for detail. This is a vital role within the production process so we are looking for candidates who take pride in their work. This is a factory / production based environment working a rotational treble shift basis. The shifts do not disrupt weekends, but you MUST be able to cover all shifts. Duties include, but not limited to: Quality and Quantity assurance, ensuring correct stock layout, quantity and quality is correct on pallet and that the finished pallets meet quality standards Working independently and alongside the Machine Operators and other Sealer Operatives Working with pallet trucks and moving pallets, being responsible for your own safety and safety of others Who are we looking for? Previous experience in production is necessary Mechanical and practical ability Eye for detail and quality The ability to work within a team Ability to keep up with production demands Excellent written and verbal communication skills Hardworking, reliable and vigilant Benefits: Full time position Attractive salary 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays Free work wear Free on-site parking On-going training All breaks paid (including overtime breaks ) Huge progression opportunities The hours are Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern and all applicants must be able to cover ALL shifts: Mornings: 6am to 2pm Monday to Thursday and 6am to 11.30am Friday Afternoons: 2pm to 10pm Monday to Thursday and 11.30am to 5pm Friday Nights: 10pm to 6am Monday to Thursday and 5pm to 10.30pm Friday Working week is 37.5 hours (all breaks paid) and overtime is payable thereafter.
