About Us Bridges Outcomes Partnerships (BOP) is a not-for-profit social enterprise that works alongside Government, community groups and specialist Delivery partners to design and deliver vital services that help people improve their lives, in areas ranging from housing and employment to education and health & wellbeing. Our work spans project development, project management and project finance, funded by a group of pioneering social investors who, like us, are motivated by improving lives and changing the system for the better. Our services are typically delivered through individual project entities, incorporated to manage the project and related investment. BOP's headcount, income and project portfolio has approximately doubled in the last 5 years and we expect a similar rate of growth in the coming years. About the opportunity This is a new, shared role in our Enablement Team, created to add capacity in an area of growing demand across our programmes. Around half of the role's time will be dedicated to our Single Homelessness Support (SHPS) programme, with the remainder supporting compliance, contracts and coordination work across the wider BOP portfolio. Blending the strengths of a programme coordinator with a documented track record in compliance mobilisation, the successful candidate will be highly organised and process-oriented, comfortable chasing actions and deadlines, with the experience to manage routine contract, data protection and compliance matters independently while escalating more complex ones to specialists. The successful candidate will be confident working in a supportive, collaborative team and will work closely with the Head of Quality Assurance and Compliance to produce first drafts of key compliance and data protection documentation. The role will play an important role in our Enablement Team (covering People, Digital, Impact, ESG and Quality & Assurance functions) as BOP enters a key period of growth. Quality and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do, through collaborative design, flexible delivery and clear accountability rather than a traditional top-down model. This role sits at the centre of that approach; while legal and compliance rigour is non-negotiable, we're looking for someone who wants to help shape and improve ways of working and systemic change. Responsibilities Your responsibilities will include: Compliance & Contract Assurance Acting as a first line of assurance across contracts, data protection and quality documentation - identifying gaps, inconsistencies or risks before they escalate, and ensuring processes are followed consistently across portfolio. Owning the SHPS contracting process, tracking amendments, managing signatures, and keeping documentation complete and up to date. Preparing and managing simple agreements and standard templates from existing precedents, escalating complex matters to the investment team and external counsel. Data Protection Providing assurance that core data protection documentation is in place during the mobilisation phase and reflects operational practice; flagging risks and gaps to the Head of QA & Compliance. Drafting standard data sharing agreements (DSAs) from approved templates, coordinating reviews, signatures and renewals, and working with the Head of QA & Compliance on non-standard arrangements. Preparing first drafts of Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) across programmes, escalating where specialist input is required. Quality Assurance Supporting the continuous improvement of our Quality Management System, helping embed consistent standards and practice across programmes. Preparing first drafts of Quality Assurance Frameworks (QAFs) on a per-programme basis. Preparing first drafts of Operational Toolkits to support transparency, operationalise contractual requirements and programme delivery. Collating risk registers and contributing potential first additions, with an eye to identifying patterns or recurring risks across programme mobilisations. Programme & Financial Administration Owning the SHPS invoicing and payment tracking process, coordinating with delivery partners, checking invoices against budgets and financial models, and following up outstanding actions. Keeping key actions, deadlines and legal and operational tasks actively managed and followed through. Given the nature of this role, we're looking for demonstrated experience or relevant qualifications rather than transferable skills alone. Essential experience Contracts, Legal & Compliance Experience: demonstrated experience managing contractual and compliance matters independently from precedents, escalating complex issues appropriately. Data Protection: demonstratedexperience in data protection or relevant certified training (practitioner status not essential); confident drafting DPIAs and DSAs, with an understanding of the opportunities and risks AI presents from a data protection perspective. Compliance & Quality Assurance: a compliance and QA skill set, comfortable drafting initial frameworks, toolkits and risk documentation independently. Skills and experience We will be looking for you to demonstrate strengths in the following competencies: A passion for making a positive difference to the lives of vulnerable people. Organisation & Coordination: highly organised and process-oriented, comfortable owning multiple workstreams and deadlines. Communication: a clear communicator verbally and in writing, able to adapt style and detail for different audiences across the organisation. Autonomy: takes ownership of tasks and manages own time in a hybrid working pattern. Relationship Building & Teamwork: builds credible, trusting relationships internally and externally. Adaptable: flexible and an advocate for change. IT & Data Skills: strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills; embraces new applications and technologies What we will offer you • We are a flexible employer and we will support you to ensure you achieve a healthy work life balance. • You will be joining an incredibly dedicated, vibrant, dynamic and talented team of people who are deeply passionate about services which improve people's lives and public sector reform. • You will get 25 days' annual leave plus 8 days for bank holidays plus a birthday leave day and 2 additional 'gifted' day/s between Christmas and New Year. • We offer a Salary Sacrifice Pension Scheme. • We offer Life Insurance, Income Protection Insurance and Wellbeing benefits & resources. • We also offer Private Medical Insurance on reaching 6 months in post (for permanent roles) • You will be able to access Learning and Development opportunities. Application process/next steps You'll answer some questions that are related to the day-to-day job and will be asked to upload your CV. Your answers will go through our sift process: all answers will be anonymised, randomised and then reviewed by a panel of reviewers. NB We value authenticity and are looking for applications that genuinely reflect your own experience, skills, and motivation for the role. While we recognise that some candidates may use AI tools for light support (for example, to check grammar or structure), we ask that all answers and application content are predominantly your own work. This helps ensure a fair and meaningful assessment of every application. If you are shortlisted, we'll invite you to the next step, which will be first and second round interviews with some of our colleagues. Bridges Outcomes Partnerships is an equal opportunities employer and ensures that no applicant or employee receives less favourable treatment on the grounds of gender, age, disability, religion, belief, sexual orientation, marital status, or race, or is disadvantaged by conditions or requirements which cannot be shown to be justifiable. We welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds and will make reasonable adjustments for any part of the recruitment process for candidates who meet the minimum criteria for the role.
