Coach Driver - Full Time/ ADHOC

We are currently recruiting experienced and professional Coach Drivers to join our growing team in Oxford on an ADHOC or FULL TIME basis. Guaranteed 40 hours a week covering school runs and private hires.If you are passionate about travel, safety, and delivering excellent customer service, this is the perfect opportunity to drive for a reputable operator in a flexible, rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a professional, safe, and courteous service to all passengers
• Conduct vehicle checks and ensure the coach is roadworthy and clean before each journey
• Assist passengers with boarding and luggage as required
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity throughout each journey
• Follow all road transport and driver regulations (EU driving hours, tachographs, etc.)

What We re Looking For:

• Valid Category D (PCV) licence and Driver CPC qualification
• Minimum 1 year s experience as a coach or bus driver (tour work preferred)
• A clean licence (maximum 6 points no DRs or INs)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Flexibility to work on an ADHOC schedule, including weekends and early starts
• Smart, presentable appearance and a friendly, professional manner
