My client, a design-led house builder based in Oxfordshire, specialising in heritage restorations, listed buildings, and bespoke high-spec private residences, are currently seeking a Senior Contracts Manager.
The candidate will oversee 3/4 schemes in Oxfordshire and Berkshire.
They MUST have similar experience overseeing mutliple listed building refurbishment schemes.
