Enthusiastic Teaching Assistant, Early Years Practitioner -Sunbury on Thames and surrounding area required urgently

Are you looking to make a real difference in a school-based nursery setting? We're looking for a dedicated Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistant to join a warm and welcoming Early Years team

About the Role:

As a Nursery School Assistant, you will:

  • Support the learning, development, and care of children aged 2-5

  • Work collaboratively with the Early Years team to deliver high-quality, play-based learning experiences

  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues

  • Promote a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment

  • Observe, plan, and assess children's progress in line with the EYFS framework

About You:

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Level 3 qualified in Early Years Education and Childcare (or equivalent)

  • Passionate about child development and early learning

  • Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
