An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Fabrication Grinding Operative to join a busy manufacturing site working on the day shift. The successful candidate will play a key role within the fabrication team, ensuring high standards of quality and safety while supporting improvements to production processes.

Key Responsibilities
Grind and dress welded parts to prepare for further welding or finishing
Prepare carcasses for painting through grinding and dressing
Assist welders in the assembly and fabrication of carcasses
Support finishing, packing, and shipping of finished goods
Contribute to sub-assembly tasks, including nut-setting and stud welding
