An established and highly regarded independent financial planning firm is seeking an experienced Independent Financial Adviser to join their team in Loughborough. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven adviser to step into a supportive and professional environment, working with an existing client base while also developing their own portfolio.

The Role

• Provide holistic financial advice across pensions, investments, and tax-efficient planning.
• Initially office-based full time for the first 6 months; thereafter, flexibility to work 1 day per week from home.
• Service existing clients while also bringing a client following and generating new referrals.
• Contribute to the firm's long-term growth and reputation.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Independent Financial Adviser.
• Strong technical knowledge in pensions, investments, and tax planning.
• A client-centric approach with proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
• Ideally able to bring a client following, alongside the ability to generate referrals.
