Plumber (Commercial / Small Works) - Epsom - £45K+

Join a well-established South London heating company seeking an experienced Plumber to join their small works team. Carrying out installations and maintenance in plant rooms across Surrey / South London.

Package:

• £40,000 base + £5,000 call-out retainer
• 1 in 5 call out (£450 standby + X1.5 Mon Sat / X2 Sun door to door)
• Overtime available (average £5K+)
• Weekly pay (PAYE)

Job Description:

• Installation of commercial plumbing systems and plant rooms
• Installing pipework, carrying out repairs and wiring on district heating
• Covering South London and Surrey

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
• Proven experience with commercial plumbing systems
• Full UK driving licence
